Three basic types of Skin Cancer

Skin cancer of severe kind has been reported in a count of thousands these days. Skin cancer is increasing at very high pace and bringing health issues in Melbourne. Skin cancer can be cured if recognized at initial stage but it is rarely possible. The symptoms of the skin cancer are overlooked generally as our skin gets rashes or redness due to plenty of other reasons too. Initial and final stages of skin cancer are associated with some specific symptoms. Moreover, there are three types of skin cancer- Melanoma, Squamous cell cancer and Basal cell skin cancer.

MELANOMA-

Melanoma is the very first type of skin cancer that starts with moles and spread all over the body rapidly. Melanoma can cause death of the infected individual. Moles with irregular borders are the symptoms of melanoma. Any abnormal change in the moles is the prior indication that a person is experiencing initial stages of skin cancer. As I mentioned earlier, there are many skin cancer cases reported in Melbourne in past few days. Seek any skin specialist Melbourne right now, if you notice irregular borders around moles. Some people might take it as a season changing effect but it is not meant to be taken so lightly as it can take you to the severe stages of skin cancer.

SQUAMOUS CELL CANCER-

Squamous cell cancer shows its effect slowly. It doesn’t infect the whole body at once, but if it does so then it may get much more severe and dangerous than Melanoma. Squamous cell cancer spreads slowly with showing signs occasionally. A skin doctor should be consulted incase such infections are slowly growing on your skin.

BASAL CELL SKIN CANCER-

Basal Cell skin cancer is third most common type of skin cancer. This cancer doesn’t spread throughout the body and can be cured. Although these cancers cannot be stopped very easily once they reach their pace. The treatment gets started when this cancer undergoes its whole process. The patient may or may not survive till it completes its entire process. Hence, it is severe and can cause the death of infected person.
